A proud native of Temple, Texas, she was raised by two public servants who set the foundation for her commitment to excellence.

Her father, a beloved Bell County Judge for 20 years, was known as a visionary leader, while her mother, a dedicated public educator, instilled in her the value of hard work. She is the youngest of her family of five, with two beloved brothers. A proud mother of three daughters, Elizabeth believes her family is at the heart of everything she does, fueling her drive to make a positive impact on her community and beyond. In 2005, she founded her own business, Garth Consulting, L.L.C., a highly successful political consulting and campaign management company built on a reputation for principled honesty and strategic insight. Her career includes serving as a Case Manager for Communities In Schools (CIS) and as Executive Director for Keep Temple Beautiful, Inc., a non-profit organization. Additionally, Elizabeth worked as a Child Support Enforcement Officer IV and a Client Relations Specialist for the Texas Attorney General's office, where she gained extensive experience in public policy, effective client communication, and community outreach. She is a member of the American Association of Political Consultants (A.A.P.C.), a noted speechwriter, and was honored to be selected as one of the "Top 200 Women To Watch" in business.

Elizabeth is a luxury merchandising specialist, certified Case Manager, and a proud member of The Austin Board of Realtors. In her current role as a REALTOR, she finds excitement in providing her clients with exceptional service, ensuring their real estate needs and goals are met with the highest standards of integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Political Science and Communication from the University of Houston and the University of North Texas.
